The facades are entirely clad in top-quality lapacho wood.

The entire structure—beams and columns—is made of iron and concrete.
Facades
The facades are completely finished in first-grade lapacho wood.
The side walls are made of lapacho and cement.
Columns, galleries, and pergolas are crafted from lapacho wood, with solid lapacho columns measuring 20 x 20 cm.
Interior and Exterior Partition Walls
Built with acoustic and thermal insulation,
ideal for maintaining both cool and warm temperatures inside.
Staircases
- Interior staircase: made of hardwood with a matte lacquer finish
- Exterior staircase: made of lapacho wood
Outdoor areas feature lapacho wood decking, including:
balconies, terraces, decks, barbecue area, and pool
Barbecue Area
- Equipped with metal doors to close it off when not in use
- Hot and cold water sink
- Grill and flat plate for different types of cooking
Swimming Pool
- Measures 7 x 2 meters, lined with Bali stone
